Ms. Roni McAbee has owned and managed SOUTH WIND Stable & Equestrian Center since 1980.  Roni brings years of valuable riding and horsemanship experience to the area for her boarders and students.

Roni began her horsemanship career under the tutelage of renowned instructor, Gordon Wright, training with him from 1960 through 1970, and then with Nona Garson through 1979.

With a vision of bringing a new level of equine facility to the Greater Binghamton area, Ms. McAbee purchased SOUTH WIND STABLE shortly after moving to the region in 1980.
